On Saturday we went to the zoo then to Grandma and Grandpa's for some spiderman cupcakes can dinner. We have the best families and we are so thankful everyone came together to celebrate our little guy.
Austin is such a sweet boy! He loves his sister and plays with her constantly. He talks so well and now says pretty big words. We love listening to him talk! He is funny, smart, handsome, and such a good buddy. He is quite the little boy too - always loving spiderman and trucks and dirt.
Some things from this past year -
He tells us where he was when he went poop and says big poop
Loves to do his mad face then giggle
Tells me he will be careful
At grandma and grandpas and we were in the greenhouse. Grandpa gave the kids flowers and said “I don’t know what color these are” (meaning what color the blooms would be) Austin said matter of factly “it’s green”. It was pretty funny
Says “I love you best!”
Austin pooped and said he did then said “I’m sure it’s a nasty one!”
Makes a thinking sound that is so cute “hmmmmmm”
Tells jokes
Says random words to be funny and make jokes
Says “remember when..” all the time. Like remember when we went to California?
Austin said his green juice is kind of like the hulk
Loves to look at pictures and videos on my phone - asks to daily
Always carrying around rocks, sticks, or balls
Picked tomatoes from our tomato plant that were just starting to grow. He is so proud of himself for getting little baby balls.
Loves to play I spy but says what he is thinking of right after he says the color before anyone can guess it’s pretty funny.
Austin taped a plastic bag above his crib as a sign saying no one can come in his room. So funny!
He saw ants on the ground and one was carrying food and he said “look! This one has a hat!”
“Oh no! I’m heading for a toot!” Then he toots
Austin is almost 3 and when everyone asks how old he says “I’m still 2”
Austin we love you more than we could ever describe!
