Easter

This year for Easter we were able to go to Utah! We started the drive out on my birthday. We went to the zoo in the morning then went half way to Grand Junction and stayed the night in a hotel. It was fun to hang out that night and especially to take Brooklyn swimming!

The next day we made it to Utah. We hung out with Mindy and her family, then with my family. The rest of that week was pretty low key. Mike's dad came down for a couple of days, and Mike worked most of the week. Brooklyn loved playing with the cars and jumping on the tramp!

At the mall Brooklyn loved the escalator! On it she said, "This is fun!" (one of her first real sentences)

 Sunni flew in on Thursday and Allie had spring break so when the weekend came around we had lots of fun. We had our bit Easter party on Saturday. The boys shot the eggs, Brooklyn absolutely loved hunting for eggs, and we had some delicious food!

Easter Sunday came and it was Dakota's birthday! We sure missed him since he is in Madagascar, but we had cake, ate good food, and had a great time!
